What's Covered

JettyPop products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:

• Pump mechanism failure under normal use
• Tank leaks or cracks that are not the result of physical damage or misuse
• Hose or nozzle defects present at time of purchase
• Seal failures under normal operating pressure

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage from use with chemicals, solvents, or non-water substances
• Normal wear and tear on seals and O-rings (spare O-rings are included)
• Damage from overfilling beyond the MAX water line
• Damage from storing pressurized in heat or direct sunlight
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

It's simple. Email us at support@jettypop.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo or short video showing the problem

We will review your claim within 2 business days and either send a replacement part, a replacement unit, or issue a refund — whichever resolves your issue fastest.

Warranty Fulfillment Options

Depending on the issue, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement O-rings or seal kits shipped at no charge
• Full product replacement shipped at no charge
• Full refund to original payment method

Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
