Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping (UPS or USPS Priority): 2-3 business days — additional cost at checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — carrier delays are outside our control

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. We hope to expand shipping options as we grow.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or by clicking the tracking link in your email. If you haven't received a tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, please email us at support@jettypop.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe spots around your home. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, email us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.

JettyPop is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to make it right.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to support@jettypop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at support@jettypop.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the delivery address.
